Community Reintegration Services Program (CRSP)

Voluntary Case Management services for adults on probation across Delaware. Case Managers are located in Probation and parole offices and help connect participants to services and supports that help meet basic needs, personal goals, and probation requirements, including housing, supportive benefits, mental health and substance use supports, employment, and education. DCJ Employment Services are also located in statewide Probation and parole offices and include one-on-one employment support such as resume and interview prep, group employment workshops, and job search labs.

Eligibility: Must be on probation in Delaware.

Adult (50+) Victim Services (AVS)

The Adult Victim Services program supports adult crime victims age 50 or older who live in New Castle County. AVS helps clients navigate the many systems that impact their lives after being victimized. AVS provides many services including counseling services, home visits, court accompaniment, intensive case management, long-term follow up care, and assistance in establishing a reliable support system.

Eligibility: Referrals come from police departments, emergency departments, and self-referral. New Castle County only at this time.
