Community Reintegration Services Program (CRSP)
Our Community Reintegration Services Program uses evidence-based tools to provide case management services for adults reentering the community after incarceration.
Court of Common Pleas/Victim Restoration & Community Conferencing Program
We provide those who have been harmed (victims) the opportunity to address those who have caused them harm (offenders) in a safe, structured setting, with the goal of directly holding an offender accountable for their actions while providing important assistance to the victim.
Read In, Read Out (RIRO)
Our Read In, Read Out program links incarcerated parents with their children though the power of storytelling.
S.E.L.F
